AAR Endorses the "Clean, Low-Emission, Affordable New Transportation Efficiency Act" of 2009

The Association of American Railroads today endorsed legislation that would reduce greenhouse gas emissions through investment in green transportation projects.

The "Clean, Low-Emission, Affordable New Transportation Efficiency Act" of 2009 was introduced by Congressman Earl Blumenauer and Senator Tom Carper.
