AAR Members All Over the Globe

AAR members include the major Class I railroads of the United States, Canada and Mexico, as well as smaller non-Class I and commuter railroads.  In addition, Amtrak is a full member of AAR.  Our members provide world-class services to cities and towns throughout the U.S.  America’s freight railroads also account for more than 43 percent of intercity freight rail volume and almost 100 percent of intercity passenger service in the U.S.
